The future of Ireland is the future of the land.

We source our beetroots from our friends at McNally Organic Farm in Dublin, where Hugh has worked part time for the last six months. The story of these beets is the story of the McNallys—an inspiring bunch—and all of those supporting local and organic farming.

Sustainable farming allows land to retain its productivity well into the next generations. We must rally behind local farmers that treat the land with respect, and safeguard the future of our food economy.

Beet’s pigment will fade over time to a dusty pinkish purple.
